Select ingredients:


  1. In a blender, place the watermelon and blend until smooth. Place in the mixture in the freezer for about an hour.
  2. Remove from the freezer. Add the coconut milk, the honey, and the vanilla and return to the blender to blend again.
  3. Pour into tall glasses or jars and garnish with coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or shredded chocolate.
