- Cut the watermelon in half; use a melon baller to make16 melon balls. Set aside.
- Scoop out the rest of the watermelon and blend until smooth. Blend in a bit of sugar, if needed, to taste. Strain to remove any small seeds or chunks.
- Fill each glass halfway with the watermelon puree, fill the remainder of each glass with wine.
- Garnish each glass with a watermelon ball.
