Watermelon Mimosa

Here's your summer picnic go-to drink! Pretty, pink, and perfectly pleasant!

  1. Cut the watermelon in half; use a melon baller to make16 melon balls. Set aside.
  2. Scoop out the rest of the watermelon and blend until smooth. Blend in a bit of sugar, if needed, to taste. Strain to remove any small seeds or chunks.
  3. Fill each glass halfway with the watermelon puree, fill the remainder of each glass with wine.
  4. Garnish each glass with a watermelon ball.
