White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookies

Cranberries are in season in the late fall and winter and are so versatile to cook with. You can string them with popcorn for garland on the tree or include them in cookies with white chocolate chips for a different kind of cookie!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and sugars until creamy smooth.
  2. Continue stirring and add in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt baking soda.
  4. In small amounts, begin to add the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. and stir. Add in the cranberries and white chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Using a cookie scooper, scoop 1" balls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Keep the dough about 1 inch so the cookies can spread a bit.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
