Throw some fresh fruit, yogurt, and greens into your cauldron for a nutritious Halloween treat! Try this easy Witch Smoothie Bowl Recipe from Food Lion!


Select ingredients:


  1. Place avocado, bananas, mango, kiwi and milk in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into two bowls.
  2. For the hat, print or color a witch hat on a sheet of cardstock and carefully cut it out. Make sure it’s big enough to lie on top of the bowl without falling in.
  3. Use a cherry cut in half and seeded to make the mouth and chia seeds for the eyes. Place the hat at the top of the bowl and serve with additional fruit on the side for mixing if desired. Serve cold immediately.
