Makes three loaves of bread. Great for breakfast. Sliced,warmed with butter or cream cheese is delicious!


Select ingredients:


  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add all wet ingredients.
  3. Fold in zuchinni, apple, raisins, and walnuts.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Grease three 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center is dry.
