Zucchini Basil Pizza

Makes one 15-inch pizza
If your garden is overrun with zucchini, why not make it the star of this gorgeous pizza?



  1. Prepare the pizza dough. (Be sure to roll the dough inward to form an edge; this will help to keep your pizza ingredients in place as the crust cooks.)
  2. Evenly spread the herb-garlic cheese onto the pizza dough.
  3. In a bowl, place the grated zucchini and the grated mozzarella. Mix until thoroughly combined. Spoon onto the pizza dough and spread to the edges.
  4. Top with fresh basil leaves—as many or as few as you wish!
  5. Bake on a pizza stone in a 425-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
